Items To Knit For Charity

Items to knit for charity There are a few items to knit for charity that we can never seem to get enough of. Beanies Fingerless Gloves Scarves Tiny Toys/Trauma Teddies Adult Size blankets - especially for the homeless and in muted/dark colors. In view of this, we will be putting together a number of patterns that provide a basis to get you started on these type of items. We will post the patterns here on the site, but if you need printed copies, please let us know. If you are able to print from the site, please feel free to do so, if you are unable to print, we can supply the printed versions, but please remember they cost Admin personally to supply! Thank you so much to the very generous people who help us with supplies, and to the lovely ladies who give of their time and talent to create wonderful knitted items that are distributed by Neighbourhood House here in Lakes Entrance. Hi Everyone, Thanks so much for your interest in our Knit For Charity page, and now incorporating our Knit and Natter page too! Knit and Natter Sessions will be taking place in Lakes Entrance, Victoria, Australia, and all information regarding the sessions will be posted on our blog for that purpose. Dates and Times for August and September

Knit and Natter Sessions for August/September 2023 · Please note: These dates and times are subject to change for various reasons, always check on the Group Page before attending a meeting. Announcements will be made there. As a general guide – the first Wednesday of each month will be at the Library and the last Wednesday of each month will be luncheon at the RSL (by invitation only). The Wednesdays in between will be at the RSL Recreation Room. AUGUST 2023 Wednesday August 23 rd - RSL Recreation Room 1:00 – 4:00 pm Wednesday August 30 th – Luncheon at the RSL Bistro – 11:30 – 1:00 pm · Followed by a regular Knit and Natter Session at the RSL Recreation Room from 1:00 pm (Please note: Luncheon is by invitation only) SEPTEMBER 2023 Wednesday 6 th – Lakes Entrance Library – 2:00 – 4:00 pm Wednesday 13 th - RSL recreation Room – 1:00 – 4:00 pm Wednesday 20 th - RSL recreation Room – 1:00 – 4:00 pm Wednesday 2
